Chilly!!
Good morning!
Wow that was a shock to the system, got in the truck and the windscreen was frozen! A beautiful morning though, the birds are full of it first thing and its nice to enjoy that first coffee of the day in the light.
We had a full day of it yesterday, distilling the perry, which will be turned into a gin when its all done and we had a load of bottling to do. I was the chief waxer!
We have more of the same today, Perry being distilled, bottling and waxing and packing off orders.
We will then start getting ready for the weekend shows, Great Staughton on Saturday and March St Georges fair on Sunday. As the shows keep rolling now its pretty straight forward getting sorted for them.
Looking ahead we have some bigger ones coming up. Next weekend we have a two day one in Bakewell. We have never done it before, but it's a beautiful part of the world, in the peak district, so I'm really looking forward to it.
Off the back of Monday’s care home visit we have a couple more than would like us to visit so we are sorting the diary out for those too.
Its good to feel busy, just taking a day at a time, building on the momentum, but at the same time not getting carried away.
Right best get to the meeting!
Heater is on in the caravan
Catch you later
