Lurgy!

Good morning

Apologies I didn’t write my blog on Friday, that bug really knocked me off my feet, I cannot remember ever having something like that. Lots of people have had it, just takes a while to get over. 

Friday night we held the tasting night at March Con club, they had 61 people there in the end, a full house. I have to apologise. I was not at my best, however everyone seemed to have a good night, the organiser Steve was very happy. This is one of my biggest concerns with these nights, I never want people to come away thinking it was a waste of time or they didn’t get value for money. 

So now it's back to it after a restful weekend, firstly getting unloaded from Friday night and getting the stock put away. We took some of the single malt whisky with us and it sold, which was amazing. We still have some available online, its chipping away nicely. We are at Holbeach on Sunday so we will take a few bottles there too. Those who have ordered will of started to receive their bottles now. I hope you enjoy them, I have not had a chance to sit down with a glass of it yet, that's on the agenda later I think!

We are coming to the end of February, still here, still surviving so to speak, there are lots to do, things that we need to work on etc but we will, we will sit down today and go through where we are, what needs to be done. This includes the show planning for the year, thats a never ending job, shows that we have applied for have come back and said they are full, other new shows have contacted us to see if we would like a stand. So that's something else to sit down and go through.
