Productive

Good morning!

It's Friday, more bloody rain though, surely it has to stop and dry out at some point..

Yesterday was another productive day. I spent some time in Hunstanton shop. rather than working, I spent more time pottering about and chatting with the people that came in than anything. It was supposed to be dry yet it certainly wasn’t, it rained. Had lots of fun with the people that came in who all said the same, it's supposed to be dry! Dogs are allowed in our shops and it was funny watching them, they soon smell out the meaty sticks we stock and pull the owners towards them, most of them give in and treat the pups to them. I don’t take Ralf and Flo with me, there wouldn't be any left on the shelf! 

Well’s is getting busier each day, especially the hot drinks we serve, word is spreading, so many people compliment on the quality of the coffee as they leave, this is amazing to hear, if you are a coffee lover, there is nothing worse than going in somewhere for a coffee and being disappointed. 

Its a mix of things today, sorting out things here and at some point going over to Holkham to set up for tomorrow, its supposed to be 21C on Saturday! Shorts won’t be coming out, but I will need to get ice to keep the samples cool!

We will also be getting the van loaded for Holkham on Sunday, there will be no competition with Sarah this weekend, a full day at Holkham compared with a small farmers market is no comparison. 

Did you see the colour of the blood orange gin we bottles yesterday, absolutely stunning!
