Change!

Good morning!

It's Friday!!!!!!!

Really enjoying these mornings, the birds are tweeting, the dogs are playing and this is being written sat outside, coffee in hand and good music on. It really doesn't get much better than this!

It's been another really good week, if we think back it was not long ago we were coming out of the quiet part of the year and entering a busy stage. Things were absolutely chaotic for a few weeks, both in the distillery and the shops but they have really settled down now, however productivity has gone up. Change is never easy, it can be very unsettling, but as long as you are consistent, show up everyday, do not change your values and have a great team of people who do the same, it soon becomes the new normal. Absolutely anything is achievable with this approach. Anything. You just have to believe it.

Yes mistakes will happen, we make plenty of them, but you have to own them, put them right and carry on.

We are nearly sorted for the long weekend, vans will be loaded etc and then it will be time to shut the doors of the shed and enjoy the weekend.

Thank you everyone who reads this and supports us in our crazy journey, we will never stops saying it because we mean it and will not apologise for repeating ourselves.
