Chilly Start!

Good morning

Hope you had a good weekend and enjoyed the sunshine, it was beautiful here, very different this morning though, very chilly!

So we had a pretty full weekend, the taster night on Friday went well, Saturday was a get sorted kind of day and then yesterday we had the event which was based at the site we are located on, The Secret Garden Touring Park. 

It was a lovely event and went well, it was quite funny simply using a trolley to take our set up and stock round and not even having to put it in the truck. I did think about putting it in the truck but that would have meant more work loading it in and out, instead plodding back and forth with it on a sack barrow. 

So now it's time to look forward to this week, we have a few things happening, this afternoon Gema and I are off to a local care home, to do a short talk and make some cocktails for the residents. Really looking forward to this, we have done one before and had a great time, the residents and the staff were so appreciative and great fun. Not sure if we will be allowed to take pictures but if we are we will post them later.

We had an email last week from a TV studio asking if they could include one of our products in some filming, making pudding style cocktails, we had to quickly get some product to them and it is being filmed tomorrow. I will have more information soon on when it's being aired, as soon as I do I will let you know. 

I also won’t be around tomorrow morning, I am off to an early morning networking meeting. I have never been to one of these and after being invited thought why not, again I am looking forward to it. 

We then have a couple of shows on at the weekend, Great Staughton Farmers market on Saturday and March St George's Day event on Sunday. But between now and then we have lots to do. 

It all starts with a meeting and then getting everything tidied away from the weekend.
