Ramping up!

Good morning!

People often say its the middle of the week being Wednesday but we have never really felt that, its just a Wednesday, probably because we operate seven days a week.

We had a great day yesterday, things are starting to ramp up, which is very chaotic to start with but then you soon get into a routine with it and it settles down, it then becomes the norm for a while. 

We have been asked many times to make products for other companies and it's something we tend to avoid, however we do produce Apple Brandy for a couple of very good friends of ours using their cider. They came to see us yesterday with 2000l of cider which we will distil into brandy for them. So that process starts today and will take a couple of weeks. This is great fun, its the part of distilling which we love, no one has any idea how it will turn out until its finished. We don’t sell the Apple Brandy, they do, so we will keep you updated when its done and how you can buy it if its something you are interested in.

We are also getting ready for this weekend's shows, it's Bank Holiday on Monday so its usually busy, then we have another one the following week and another at the end of the month!! So crazy times running all over the place..

Tickets are available for the 5th May Tasting evening in Hunstanton and we are looking at ways to advertise it locally, we are really looking forward to it so more the merrier!
