The Blog is back…

The blog is back…

So when we first started Fenspirits back in 2016 one of the things we did was write a weekly blog about things we were doing etc

We really enjoyed putting it down in writing and lots of people read it and seemed to enjoy it too, even though we are not very good at grammar or writing, it's something we have decided to bring back.

This time it will be different, can’t say the spelling or grammar will be much better (hopefully that improves), but the world today is very different to back then.

It's no shock to anyone that the rising cost of living is affecting everyone, businesses (lots of distilleries included) are closing daily, costs are rising and rising so we have two options. The first is to give up…This is actually not an option, the second and only option is to do what we think we have always done, which is work bloody hard, produce the best products we can and offer our incredible customers value for money.

Something we have never done before is pushing sales, that isn't going to change now, our marketing philosophy (if you can call it that!) has always been to show as many people as possible, through social media and in person at shows and events what we do, how we do it, how we don’t cut corners, quality comes before everything and then the customer can decide if they wish to purchase.

So the aim of this blog which could be daily, weekly or just when we have things to say and show is to give you an insight into what we are up to, share the journey, the good the bad and the ugly and hopefully you enjoy it and decide to come along on the journey with us..

Today for example we have a new product which will go live later, plus we have an idea for a new product to celebrate valentines, after the success of The Platinum we think a layered shot would be a fun drink..watch this space

Currently though it is bloody freezing in the shed, the pups (Ralf and Flo) are nice and warm in the caravan and the main still which is supposed to be distilling Rum today is broken, again… But……Its always important to look for the positive in every situation and the first thing that springs to mind is thankfully the water pipes have defrosted again so the kettle is on
