Who Knows!

Good morning!

So yesterday we start the day thinking things are slowing down for Christmas, we start packing off the orders so that we can get them with the postman when he collects, usually between 10am and 11am and then boom, the phones start ringing…

People wanting to place orders over the phone, people who have received their orders and something is broken and people trying to find out where their order is..For a couple of hours it was crazy. It can become very frustrating especially when things are out of your control, one of the orders had been received with a broken bottle in it, the lady on the phone was very good about it, they were Christmas presents and had no expectation that they could be replaced in time, the team quickly packed the replacements off and our postie is brilliant and patiently waited so it could go yesterday, so we have everything crossed it will be there before the weekend. 

So we will see what happens today, it should be a calmer day, getting things sorted in the shed etc but judging by yesterday who knows…

I popped on facebook live yesterday to show you some refill pouches we are trialing, we get asked many times if we can re-use the bottles which we can’t for various reasons. We have seen these refill options out there so we thought we would get some in. We will start with Toffee Vodka in the new year, that is our most popular product and will have more info on this soon. I am going to pop one in the post to myself to see how it goes, hopefully it arrives in one piece otherwise its going to be a mess when it arrives!

A shorter one today, got to get to a meeting..
