It's Wednesday already…The days certainly fly by.
We had a good day yesterday, even made some time to go live, thank you to everyone who came on, it went how it usually does..Came on with a purpose to talk about a few things and then ends up going all over the place, resulting in a QVC style shopping channel gone wrong..Selling brollies in return for a free miniature, Thanks again for joining in, it was a laugh.
If you saw it yesterday you will know that yesterday was Gema’s four year anniversary since starting at Fenspirits. Gema, or bloody Gema as she is often known has been on one hell of a journey since starting here. We clicked straight away and work very well together, we compliment each other in what we do on a daily basis. With lots of friendly banter along the way, we are now going to have some fun developing some new products for the advent calendar, a gin each and a rum each.. We then let the people who taste them decide which is better! Its all good fun, her development on distilling and creating new products over the last four years has been brilliant to watch, both the successes and the less successful. That's the only way we learn, trial and error etc You just have to have a go and not worry if it doesn’t work out.
We also showed you a new product in development for Christmas, a rum liqueur which tastes like christmas pudding, it's nearly there so will keep you updated with it.
We are also putting together some hampers from our shop in Hunstanton, these will be Christmas hampers which will be shipped in early December, if you follow the Fenspirits Larder socials you will see these and how to order them.
We have to mention the weather, bloody hell it's got hot again..It's supposed to be like this for the rest of the week, we will have Fenspirits brollies/parasols on our stand Sunday if anyone would like one! A few said on the live they will be popping over to see us, if you are near Whittlesey come and say hello, we will have the full range available.
As I said yesterday, if people want it, Ill be doing a Christmas quiz, Ill dust off the kazoo and get the sharpies out.
So today is more bottling and processing orders etc but before that we will have our meeting!
