Great Coffee!

Its is Friday!!....
There has been a lot of running around this week, getting stock and things to where they need to be. After being away for a while it takes some time to get back into things, but we are getting there.
My word it was hot yesterday, it was autumnal early in the week and then boom yesterday was boiling! We all struggled in that heat yesterday, especially the pups. Flo has a tendency to lay in the sun regardless of how hot it is, Ralf not so much, he looks for some shade but you will also catch him cooking himself from time to time. Thankfully it's a little cooler in the shed so we keep them in there when it's that hot.
We took some great pictures of the Caramel Rum yesterday and sent them to the co-op which they will be using to promote the launch of the new product.
We also finished off the distillation of the rum, so now that the spirit is complete we can produce more Caramel Rum Liqueur, Spiced Rum, Rum Raisin and the new Spiced Cherry Rum. The Spiced Cherry Rum has gone down a treat, it's a great product, I personally have not had a proper drink with it yet but I will over the weekend.
I went to the shops yesterday to deliver and it was great to see people in Hunstanton trying things and regulars coming back in to stock up. There were people sat in the cafe enjoying a drink and cake, Jodie heard someone say ‘this coffee is great’, that gave her a buzz and me too, I love good coffee so to hear feedback like that is brilliant. For me personally its very disappointing buying coffee and then being let down. The coffee we serve is great due to how it's made and also due to the coffee we use, it's from a local roaster in Kings Lynn called Tropic, they have been roasting coffee for over 30 years and make amazing products. We also use there coffee beans when we make our Coffee Rum.
So this weekend we have just the one show on, it's being held in Swaffham town centre, the weather is looking good and it should be a great event. So if you are nearby pop a long and say hi!
So looking forward to next week, we have a four day show, The British Motor Show which we are looking forward to. We are located next to our good friend Steve Cheese so it will be great to have a good catch up.
Right, off to a meeting, after yesterday's heat, must drink more water, but a decent coffee first!
