Happy New Year!

I hope you all had a wonderful festive period, I did, I work very hard on being present each day and I did this over the break and thoroughly enjoyed it. It was good to give my head a rest from work and just enjoy some quality down time. Which I did. 

Last night was then about getting ready to come back to work, and then getting up early this morning to start the new year off. 

Apart from writing this, the first thing on my agenda today is to write out my goals for the year, I did this last year, putting pen to paper and will do it again. It's a personal thing and not something I share except to those closest to me, but it's very helpful to do this. Set a goal, regardless of how big or crazy it sounds and then work out what needs to be done to achieve it and then chip away at it throughout the year. Some people say the bigger and crazier the goal is the better, I try to set realistic goals that are challenging but achievable if I work hard and do what needs to be done everyday to get there. So that's what I will be doing this morning. 

Whenever I have downtime like I did last week that is when things pop into my head and I think oooh I’ll try that etc

I also have loads of emails and messages to go through and reply to, there are internet orders to sort out and then see where we are. 

The Toffee Vodka Liqueur refill pouches are now online so we will be filling those off to be sent out. They are £20 each and if you subscribe then one will be posted out each month, you can cancel the subscription at any time, so if you wanted to try it you can subscribe and then when you receive it cancel it, I am not someone who wants people to be stuck in something like a subscription thing and end up with products they don't want. We have put them out now because January to March are by far the quietest months for us so everyone who does sign up is massively helping us through this time.

We have some other thoughts and ideas but will save them for another day, no point coming back on day one going all guns blazing and then run out of steam after a few days, I have written about this before, you cannot force anything, so we will just go with the flow..
