Its fresh!

Blimey it's fresh out there..I’m definitely getting softer, beanie is on though so the head is nice warm..
Yesterday our filling machine packed up, bloody typical, it's certainly not the ideal time for that to happen, it never is but definitely not at this time of the year. It hasn’t totally given up, its just very very slow, so we were looking at it to work out what is wrong and its the pump is worn out so it struggles to pull the liquid through the filter and then fills very slowly. I have two choices at this point, kick things, go off on one and feel sorry for myself at having to buy a new one, or I can get on with buying a new one. Don’t get me wrong, initially all the first feelings come over me, but experience has taught me not to let them take over, if you do, then you end up ruining the rest of the day and evening by being miserable. So I contacted a couple of suppliers who have the machines and ordered one and it will be with us today, so we can get back to filling properly. You have to find the positive in any tricky situation, so in this case, we will have a new filling machine by the end of today and the bottling will be super fast again!
We had some fun on the live yesterday, showing off the new grey/charcoal beanies. We will get these on the internet today if people would like to order one. People have started to receive the black bobble hats and we have had some pictures sent in, which are great, its amazing to think that a small company like ours have people out there walking around with our name on. Its a very cool feeling!
Its the same feeling I get knowing that people enjoy drinking our drinks and tell their friends about them, or particularly this time of year spend their money on our products and give them to loved ones to open on Christmas day, its very hard to put into words the feeling, but its a great one, it makes all the hours of doing what we do worthwhile. Especially on freezing cold mornings like this, the shed in the fens is not the warmest place to be sat in typing this.
Talking of Christmas, the advent calendars have come off sale now, so we will put them together over the next couple of weeks and will update you when they will be sent out, thank you to everyone who has ordered them, its much appreciated and we hope you enjoy them throughout December.
As I said yesterday, we have some Bloody Mulled Gin going to the shops today, both 1 litre containers and bulk liquid so we can have some hot and you can enjoy a cup whilst out walking, or sitting in our Wells shop.
