Linc Day 1

Good morning

It's the first day of the Lincolnshire show today, weather is looking great, not too hot so its going to be a good day.

You will find us in the food court area, in our usual location if you have been before.

However, still things have to go on at the shed in the fens, orders to process, products to make etc

Plus the shops are open and going well so there is always something happening and something that needs doing and as usually happens something unexpected comes along tries to test you.

The Perry has been distilled into a neutral spirit, with everything going on we will wait till next week to turn some into a gin.
