Unpredictable

Good morning!

The first day at the Lincolnshire Show went well, so now it's day 2.. No two days at a show are the same

We have had it before where on day one a particular product sells very well and you think you are going to sell and etc yet the next day you hardly sell any of it. It can be very strange...

We have had the opposite, sampled a particular product on day one, many people have not liked it, even to the point you then think there is something wrong with the sample then on the second day you sell lots of it!

That is the thing with shows, they really are a lottery, which is why we cannot be solely reliant on them to run our business.

This is why it's important to have multiple parts to the business, when one part is down the others can be up etc

It's an interesting journey..

You just have to remain calm, stick to what you are doing and things will work out.

We also have the taster night in Hunstanton tomorrow, 7pm till 9pm, it's another first for us, we will have Birdhouse Brewery with us and we are going to samples our spirits along with their real ales! We are looking forward to it

So best get stuff done
