Procrastination!

Good morning, how is it Thursday already?

Thank you for all the lovely comments yesterday, they mean a lot, we do look at them all. Val, if you read this thank you, you are also someone that inspires with how you deal with adversity and come out the other side.

We had a productive day yesterday, the only thing on the to-do list is the bloody video on how to pour the AMOUR, procrastination at its finest. This usually occurs when you over think things and try to be too clever etc. For those of you who have followed us for any length of time will know that we don’t do things the usual way, for example when making a video to upload it takes way longer because you retake it several times before finally thinking bugger it just upload it, whereas when we just hit the go live button and do it there is no going back, so will probably end up doing this, will give the video another go today. This reminds uf some of the calamities that we have done on a live, when trying to be serious and professional, one of our favourites was when we opened a keg of beer from our good friends Paul and Rae at Birdhouse Brewery, was so excited to actually do it and taste the beer we (we are a team remember!) forgot to turn the tap off and the beer was going everywhere.. Dare we ask what's one of your funny memories on a live where we were trying to be professional?

I'm sure some people out there shake their heads at our perceived lack of professionalism? That's fine, we take it very seriously when making the products, we just don’t take ourselves too seriously, so to those what we do isn't for you!

We have had some internet orders this week for our spiced rum and rum raisin, we have some Fever Tree madagascan cola in the shed so will be popping some in with each order because its worth trying them with it. We will do a post today offering this for the next week or two. It pairs brilliantly, like Torvill and Dean, Tom and Jerry or Flo and Ralf!

Talking about Ralf, he's got his booster injections today, no one needs to feel sorry for him, he absolutely loves going to the vets, all the girls in reception love him, he runs in wagging his tail and bum like a tart, super excited. We found out the vet gives him gravy bones, thats the real reason he gets excited, it's all about food with Ralf!! Well he is a chocolate lab, what do you expect?

The rest of the day is meetings, we try to limit the meetings because most of the time people have meetings about meetings but we have a couple of good ones today so might as well get them out the way in the same day.

If you have read this far, thanks again and have a good day!

Positive part, the pump will be here today, we are all fit and healthy and no-one shat the bed, happy days!
