Tuesday not Wednesday

Good morning!

Just had to check what day it was, thought it was Wednesday, but a quick check on google told me that's tomorrow…

We had a manic day yesterday, getting unloaded from the shows, sorting the stock out and getting our heads round where we are at etc

We then had to get prepared for last night's event, a charity event for Mcmillan Cancer Support being held in Spalding services club. I had a quick afternoon nap before heading over early in the evening.

It was a fun event, they had a couple of singers, one of them came round with a book of Christmas Carols and asked us all (me included) to join in, I politely explained I can’t sing, she said it didn't matter ... .should have taken my kazoo! We sold some products and a percentage of sales goes back to the charity, so thank you to those who came and purchased. 

Before you know it, its back in the shed in the fens to get unloaded and then plan the day..

This year's crazy period has been very different for me. I used to do lots of traveling and we would have been booked into big events for long periods of time. The longest we have done is a 5 week one, but this year we have focused on smaller events and more locally. So far they have been fantastic, yes there are more early mornings and more setups and pack downs etc but they have gone better than we could have hoped for. I usually feel very lethargic at this point but that's not the case this year. 

We have a couple of events this weekend, Holkham Hall Christmas market Saturday and Sunday plus Wisbech Christmas market on Sunday, this is the last big weekend of shows for us, we have a couple of smaller ones the following weekend, but this is the last big push. 

Thank you to everyone who has placed internet orders, these are getting packed off as they come in and will be with you shortly, they are always sent on Royal mail 48hr tracked, but please bear in mind Royal mail can take a little longer so don’t leave them till the last minute. 

Right Im going to get sorted, off to a meeting with a large cup of coffee!
